Return and Refund Policy

At Mooloolaba Ferry, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all passengers. Please review our refund policy below:


Ticket Purchase

Tickets for Mooloolaba Ferry are purchased on board the vessel on the day of travel. Please ensure you have payment ready when boarding the ferry.


Conditions of Travel

Dogs are welcome if they are restrained and wearing a muzzle device.

Pushbikes, surfboards and beach gear need to be stored or held while on board.


Accessibility

While the ferry itself is fully accessible for wheelchairs, prams, and walking aids less than 740mm wide, tide changes can alter the accessibility of the floating docks and gangways that lead to the ferry. With assistance boarding is possible, and staff can provide this if required.


Cancellations by Mooloolaba Ferry

If Mooloolaba Ferry cancels a service due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, passengers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their trip.


Missed Departures

Unfortunately, missed departures are non-refundable. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to avoid missing the ferry.


Refund Process

If applicable, refunds will be processed on the day of purchase and directly through the original payment method.
